Notepod 1.1 for Sharp PC-1251

Notepod is a small notepad application I wrote in BASIC for the 80's pocket computer Sharp PC-1251 and its Tandy counterpart, the TRS-80 Pocket Computer PC-3. These computers didn't ship with any sort of notetaking capabilities; only calculator functions and BASIC. This program makes it immensely more usable in my opinion.

Notepod let's you store notes in memory, as well as (obviously) retrieving them. Each line can be 25 characters long, and you can have as many lines as the available RAM allows (about 110 lines). The amount of lines can be set on first startup, or when clearing/initiating the file.

How to transfer to PC-1251

Well, I have no idea. I wrote the whole program on a laptop computer, and then wrote it maually in on the Sharp. That takes about 10 minutes, at least when you've set up some shortcuts for the most used basic commands. Unless you have some equipment to connect the device to an actual computer, I suggest you do the same. The "REM"-comments should be ignored, as well as indents. Those are only present to make the file look better and easier to work with.

How to use

Currently I haven't bothered to create a manual, but it's fairly simple, and you'll probably get the gist of it when typing it in.
